Submergency

Submergency was born from the idea of wanting to raise public awareness of the problem of climate change. In fact, with the rise of the seas many cities could be submerged in the near future. We wanted to represent the situation that our children or grandchildren will have to face if we don't do something. For this reason we decided to create a collection of three vases, three portions of coastal cities (New York, Tokyo and Venice) which, according to scientists, should be submerged and become uninhabitable in the near future.
